About the Vacation Home Booking Is the home I see on the Internet the one I get? Yes. The pictures and description represent our villa Vacation Home In Disney which is available for your vacation let.n our website. We are not in anyway affiliated with time share. The home is owned by us and managed by a highly reputable private company on our behalf. What is required to make a reservation? Check the villa availability and reserve the dates via our online booking form. We will respond to your enquiry and inform you of the total cost of the vacation home let. When making your reservation all we require is a $200 non refundable deposit paid via PAYPAL. This amount will count towards the total vacation rental costs. If the total cost of the vacation home let is not paid at the time of reservation, the balance (i.e. the full rental amount minus the deposit) will be required sixty days prior to check-in. You may chose to pay the full rental costs at the time of booking. If you chose not to proceed with the vacation home letting, the full costs other than the reservation deposit will be refunded. When is check-in & check-out time? Our home will be available for Check-in at 4:00 p.m. An early check-in can be coordinated for an additional fee. If the property has a check-out the day of your arrival we will not be able to coordinate an early check-in. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room, so please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time. What are the directions to the villa- Vacation Home In Disney? Please follow this link to get directions to our villa Do you offer Travel Insurance? No. It is your responsibility to contact your preferred insurance company and arrange this. What is the $85.00 Property Protection & Processing Fee? There will be an $85.00 Property Protection and Processing fee. The Property Protection Fee ($60) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1500 for accidental or inadvertent damage. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The processing fee of ($25) will cover our administrative costs. What is your Change/Cancellation Policy? If you change your reservation there is a $20.00 fee for any change. No changes can be made within 30 days of your arrival. The $200 deposit is Non-refundable. A cancellation within 30 days of your arrival will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email. What will we be responsible for when we check out? We just ask that you lock up and take the keys back to the management office which is less than 1 mile from the property you are staying at. How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions? All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email, unless email is unavailable. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain bookings@vacationhomeindisney.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation and arrival instructions after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, thirty days from arrival. Vacation Home Information How many people are allowed to stay in the villa Our 4 bedroom villa sleeps maximum of 10. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. When you book to spend your holiday at Vacation Home in Disney we can make available pool & spa heat. This requirement will need to stated at the time of booking. The current charge for the pool and spa heat is $20 per night. You will receive a pool heat addendum with your confirmation package, which states that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. The Management Company will do everything in their power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible. The community pool is heated when the temperature dictates the need. No pets are allowed in our vacation home. Is there air conditioning and heat? Yes, our home has central airconditioning and heat. Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property? Yes, our villa has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Is there a telephone at the property? Yes, there is a telephone at Vacation Home In Disney. Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card or credit card number for usage. The telephone number to the property is not given until the morning of check-in. Are linens and towels provided? Yes, there are linens and towels provided. Are the properties cleaned daily? No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request Mid-stay clean at an additional charge. A Mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products. We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the property. There are starter paper products in the home. You will be responsible for your other needs there after. There is a grocery store with in 1 mile of all of our properties. Yes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.
Disney Attractions & Shopping How close is the home to Disney World? Windsor Hills Resort is the closest resort community to the Disney Theme parks. The distance by road is approximately one and half miles. This journey takes approximately five minutes. We are located literally 'in the magic'! Yes, there is a grocery store, a drug store and many restaurants including Outback Steak House and Carabas Italian grill less than 2 miles from all of our properties. Contact details for a selection of restaurant is given below. CARRY-OUT DELIVERY Is there transportation to the parks? There is no transport service to and from Windsor Hills to Disney. You can however, arrange for transportation through our management company. How do we get to Walt Disney World and other Attractions from our vacation home? You can obtain information on several Florida attractions here. You can use our mapquest tool to identify routes to Florida attractions. |
